Perverted men are travelling through thick crowds in downtown Kingston carrying out their dirty acts, THE STAR has learnt.
One such perverted act occurred last week when a man, who was pretending to be a customer in a wholesale, was caught red-handed ejaculating on a schoolgirl’s uniform.
THE STAR understands that the female student was standing in the crowded wholesale when a good Samaritan raised an alarm and pointed out a white substance on her uniform.
It is reported that the accused man, who had ejaculated on the female student’s uniform, was quickly pointed out and subsequently beaten.
Reports reaching THE STAR are that the accused man was viciously beaten by an angry mob.
Further reports are that on-duty cops who got word of the incident had to quickly whisk away the accused man to a nearby police station.
A woman who witnessed the beating told THE STAR that the accused pervert got several hard blows, even to the face.
“Mi seh, dem mash him up! A dat some a di man dem do all di time. Dem nah buy or sell, but dem itch up a town. Di people dem beat him to a frazzle until all blood did a come from his mouth and nose. A lucky ting di police dem come to his rescue. Trust me! Dem man yah sick, and dem have a head problem,” the shopper said.
Another woman, who confirmed the incident, said that two weekends ago, she was also a victim of a pervert.
“Trust me! Once you out in the public you have to be on your Ps and Qs because you have some sick man deh a road. I was going into a bus and a man stiff up him penis on me and I had to back him off and tell him seh if mi did have mi knife on mi I would a jook him. Di man nah go no where, enuh, but him a join line and a rub up on mi bottom,” the woman, who requested anonymity, said.
Superintendent Steve McGregor, head of the Kingston Central Police Division, while unable to give specific details after the incident at the wholesale, said he had heard of similiar occurrences. The superintendent said anywhere there are large crowds, these things tend to happen.
